PLEDGE LETTER

Dear Company / Congregation / Individual
As explained above, our school is dependent on dona-tions. We have included our budget figures for 2018, where our shortfall is shown.
We would be immensely grateful if you would pledge an amount for the next school year, to cover these costs.

Currently we are planning another Crossfit Fundraiser for the 21st of April and we have also started a Maize/Soya project to help with costs.
The biggest expenses for the time being, are our salaries, as we had hoped that the school would be registered with the Department of Education and those expenses would then have been covered. We are also busy building and equipping a sensory room at the school, where the chil-dren will receive daily therapy.

Below is a form to please fill out and send back, if you wish. We are now also registered as a PBO and are able to sup-ply you with a Donation Tax Certificate, which you can claim back on your Tax.
